We provide 1-year replacement warranty for LED lights and hardware from the date of purchase.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Covers: Shipping damage, condensation, and other quality defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover: Negligence, improper use, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized disassembly, used products bought from amazon or other platforms.

Warranty Claim Processes

Step 1. Contacting Nicoko Customer Service via E-mail (Service@nicokolights.com) for the item's issue.

Step 2. Please provide the following information:a. screenshot of your order information b. pictures or video of the defective item.

Step 3. After the inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
