Q: Can not connect to app?

• —— Make sure your Bluetooth is always on and download our latest control APP.

Q: My light bar gets water in it and gets moisture.

• —— you can just turn it on several times a day to dry the light when it gets moistures. For the rgb light bar watering, you need to check whether its housing is broken or the light bar may be a poorly assembled one.
